1ST FLOOR RESTORATION - DURING CONSTRUCTION
The condition of the structure was so poor that it had to be re-built from the inside before any remodeling could take place.  We started with the dirt floor crawl space.  Every Spring it would flood.  So, drain tile and sump pump had to be installed followed by a concrete floor.

After the re-build was completed it was time to frame the walls.  Note the extra "A-Frameing" that was required during the re-build,  The following 3 photos panning left to right show the street side of the home.
