At the first family Thanksgiving in her new kitchen Mrs. Homeowner exalted - YES!!!
This, the second Signature Spaces project for the Homeowners, started with a single piece of furniture, a French Country cabinet. Mrs. Homeowner said, "I want my kitchen to look like this." She also wanted to have room enough for her family (up to 20) to gather around the kitchen to visit and help with food preparation.
At the outset Mr. Homeowner, an engineer, wasn't very excited about the project. He was just going along for the ride. A year after the project had been completed, while sitting in the living room watching his wife prepare dinner during a thunderstorm, he called to say, "Man, this is a great space!" We think so too.
